Responsibilities / Description
Lead the veterinary team as Veterinarian Medical Director within the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Support and mentor veterinarians toward medical excellence and enhanced patient care through collaboration with practice managers and hospital leadership. Utilize leadership training resources and mentorship programs to develop skills and advance the team and your career. Participate in organizational initiatives to elevate clinical standards, client communication, and staff development. Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the hiring state before start date. Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure. About Thrive & Benefits
