Job Description & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for application development, data management, and digital transformation.
Align technology strategies with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft O365, Oracle Fusion, and ServiceNow platforms.
Ensure integration and alignment of these applications with broader IT systems and business processes.
Manage cloud services and infrastructure, including AWS and Azure, to ensure reliable and scalable application and data environments.
Lead data consolidation efforts to streamline data processes and enhance data quality.
Develop and implement strategies for data lake and data lakehouse solutions to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the work of ServiceNow developers and other application developers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions.
Collaborate with development teams using the SDLC to establish best practices and standards for application development.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Lead initiatives for data integration, data warehousing, and the development of analytics platforms.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of IT professionals, including application developers, data engineers, and cloud architects.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Develop and manage budgets for application development, data management, and cloud services.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on application management and data strategy.
Expertise in Microsoft O365, Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, AWS, and Azure platforms.
Demonstrated experience in managing data consolidation, data lakes, and data lakehouses.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
