# Agentic AI Risk Intelligence Lead,November 16, 2025### Job Description**On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Agentic AI Risk Intelligence Lead – New York, USA (12-Month Project, On-site)**Our client, a major player in the **Finance & Fintech sector**, is seeking a **Agentic AI Risk Intelligence Lead** to design and deploy advanced multi-agent AI systems for risk analytics, fraud detection, compliance automation, and real-time decision intelligence across trading and financial operations. This role sits at the intersection of **Quant/Finance**, **AI Engineering**, and **Enterprise Risk Technology**, supporting high-stakes business functions in one of NYC’s leading financial ecosystems.### **Key Responsibilities*** **Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems** for risk analysis, AML, fraud detection, and operational intelligence.* Develop **LLM-driven agents** capable of monitoring transactions, regulatory updates, behavioral anomalies, and market signals.* Build **real-time agentic workflows** integrating with trading systems, risk engines, data lakes, and compliance tools.* Collaborate with risk officers, quant teams, data engineering, and security stakeholders to align capabilities with regulatory and operational needs.* Implement **AI governance, auditability, and model transparency** frameworks required in financial environments.* Lead prototyping of **RAG pipelines**, anomaly detection models, and automated alert triage.* Mentor AI engineers and data scientists on best practices in agentic design for financial systems.### **Key Requirements*** 5+ years of experience in **AI/ML engineering or risk technology** within finance, fintech, or trading environments.* Hands-on experience with **LLM frameworks** (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenDevin, etc.).* Strong understanding of **financial risk, fraud detection, AML/KYC, regulation, or compliance analytics**.* Advanced Python skills, experience with vector databases, RAG, and real-time data processing.* Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).* Ability to work closely with quant teams and risk stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated domain.* Excellent communication skills in English.### **Eligibility / Work Authorization** **U.S. work authorization required (Citizen, Green Card, or existing eligible visa).**
