Information Technology Recruiter at A-Line Staffing Solutions Position Overview We are seeking a
Dynamics 365 Architect and Developer
to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise‑level applications and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments.
This role requires a hands‑on technical leader experienced in architecting solutions, developing scalable applications, and providing advanced support for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure‑based systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions across large, cross‑functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Apps).
Provide technical leadership in system design, integration, and deployment across multiple platforms.
Oversee CI/CD and release management using
Azure DevOps
and related tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and document technical specifications.
Develop and support custom applications, APIs, and automation scripts to enhance enterprise capabilities.
Manage infrastructure, network, and application support for Dynamics and Azure environments.
Conduct database design and optimization within SQL Server and Azure SQL environments.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system integration blueprints.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and security.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as the escalation point for Dynamics‑related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years
of hands‑on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365
and
Power Platform Implementations .
5+ years
of architect‑level experience designing enterprise systems in
Dynamics 365
and
Azure
environments.
Proficiency in
Azure DevOps ,
CI/CD pipelines , and
release management .
Experience with
API integrations ,
Azure Communication Services , and
Power Platform solutions
(Power Automate, Power Pages).
3+ years
of database architecture and data modeling experience.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and application support.
Strong understanding of authentication, identity, and system‑level security.
Demonstrated ability to lead requirement‑gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Azure platform, including App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office productivity tools.
Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
