Overview
We’re looking for an accomplished finance leader to join our executive team. What You’ll Do
Drive Strategy:
Evaluate growth opportunities, structure investments, and guide capital deployment to maximize returns.
Lead Financial Planning:
Build advanced models, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to support executive decisions.
Manage Capital & Treasury:
Oversee debt, equity, and liquidity; collaborate with banks and investment partners to optimize capital structure.
Own Investor Relations:
Represent the company to investors, analysts, and key stakeholders with transparent, compelling communication.
Lead & Mentor:
Inspire and guide your team, set clear goals, and foster a culture of accountability, precision, and execution.
Influence Across the Business:
Partner with multiple functions to ensure alignment on strategy, capital priorities, and performance tracking.
What You Bring
15+ years of corporate finance, capital markets, and real estate experience (public company experience preferred).
Proven
strategic leadership , with the ability to influence C-suite executives and boards.
Deep expertise in
finance, treasury, debt & equity, and capital markets .
Hands-on proficiency in
financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis .
Track record in
investor relations —presentations, storytelling, and confident communication.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s, or CPA strongly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-moving, high-impact environment
where execution matters as much as strategy.
