Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in West Palm Beach, FL. As a Personal Assistant, you will support executives with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing travel arrangements, overseeing diaries, and ensuring clear and professional communication. Typical responsibilities involve handling clerical tasks, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events. This role allows for a blend of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications Experience with Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management Strong proficiency in general Clerical Skills, including organization and multitasking Outstanding time management and attention to detail Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information Proficient in relevant office software tools and technology Previous experience in financial services or investment environments is a plus
