Frontline Real Estate Partners is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Property Manager

to support the continued growth of our property management division. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and other asset types across Chicago and various other geographic markets. Our expertise in managing traditional third-party assignments, court-appointed receiverships, and REO properties enables Frontline to consistently deliver exceptional service in all market conditions. As a Property Manager at Frontline, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate assets. We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires the ability to transition seamlessly between office and field work, oversee vendors and tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and support internal team members to ensure outstanding results on every assignment. Duties and Responsibilities

Property Operations

Coordinate routine maintenance and repair work across assigned properties. Oversee vendor performance and maintain professional vendor relationships. Solicit, evaluate, and manage competitive bids for maintenance, capital improvements, and service contracts. Conduct regular site inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions or improvements. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation. Foster positive tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. Address and resolve tenant maintenance requests and billing inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable and actively manage rent collections. Review leases to ensure compliance, enforce tenant obligations, and resolve disputes. Track and collect required tenant documentation, including certificates of insurance and HVAC maintenance agreements. Prepare annual operating budgets and capital improvement plans for assigned properties. Complete year-end CAM and operating expense reconciliations. Use Yardi Voyager to generate financial reports, monitor property performance, and support accounting processes. Qualifications

3–5 years or more of commercial property management experience across asset types such as retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent communication skills, with a responsive and professional demeanor. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues across departments. High level of integrity, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus. 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Schedule
