Position Overview The California Endowment is hiring a VP of Strategic Communications & Narrative to help drive systemic change in health and racial equity across California. This seasoned leader will guide strategic communications and narrative strategy at one of California’s most influential health foundations- advancing racial justice, shifting power and helping transform the systems that shape health outcomes. We’re seeking a leader who combines strategic vision with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. The ideal candidate is a visionary communicator with experience leading large-scale social change efforts, deep relationships across California, and a successful track record of leading high-performing teams with humility, clarity and shared purpose. This is a role for someone who values partnership, listening, and collaborative leadership.
