Territory Manager

to join their Life Sciences Sales team and lead growth initiatives across the Upper Midwest region. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a company with a stellar reputation and to make a meaningful impact by helping organizations improve workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Life Sciences market.

Identify and engage potential customers through referrals, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing.

Collaborate with manufacturer partners and internal experts to deliver tailored safety solutions.

Provide product training, on-site assessments, and technical support as needed.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Monitor and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and Power BI; adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to support new initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation of all sales and customer interactions.

Complete 150 hours of SEE AD training and achieve Gold Shield certification.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling into Life Sciences accounts.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and marketing strategies.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willingness to travel within the territory (including occasional overnight travel).

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in distribution, safety products, or manufacturing sales within Life Sciences.

Knowledge of the distribution industry.

Familiarity with Blister Pack Machines, tablet compression equipment, mills, blenders, kettles, or mixers a plus.
