Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with over 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
The ideal candidate will lead development efforts and work extensively on Apex coding, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning components.
Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations.
Handle complex integrations using Salesforce API (Version 59), including REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and security standards.
Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations using API version 59
Experience with third‑party system integrations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, etc.)
Work Environment & Location This is a hybrid role located in
Atlanta and NYC . Travel within the region may be required.
