The Hermès Miami Boutique opened in 2002 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as part of the Southeastern Region. This position reports to the Regional Asset Protection Senior Manager and primarily works within the Miami Team. The Opportunity:

The Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for enforcing and protecting all company interests and assets, including merchandise, money, technical equipment, supplies, fixtures, store premises, personnel, and customers. Additional duties are assigned by the supervisor. About the Role:

Post coverage - stock security Associate compliance and education (AP Awareness) Violation and Incident reporting Conducting audits and maintaining records Investigation and follow-up Managing outsourced guards Ensuring associate compliance with Asset Protection policies (e.g., handling of items, key management, package documentation) Routine inspections of the facility for security and asset protection Completing audits and inspections with proper documentation Conducting safety inspections and reporting hazards Controlling access to maintain physical security and enforce policies Supervisory and Budget Responsibilities:

None About You:

1-3 years of loss prevention/retail experience High School diploma or equivalent Security license and certifications (mandatory in NYC) Strong communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to stand, move, lift, and operate necessary equipment Adaptability, credibility, service orientation, results-driven mindset We seek candidates with these attributes who can perform key functions with or without accommodations.
