A top global financial firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in its Dallas office. This is a high-visibility position that requires 3–5 years of experience supporting executives in demanding environments (finance, consulting, legal, or similar).
You’ll manage complex global calendars, arrange detailed international travel logistics, and serve as a liaison across internal departments and high-level clients.
What Yourom Be Doing
Own and manage multiple executives’ calendars, coordinating across time zones and shifting priorities
Plan and arrange complex global travel (flights, accommodations, visa requirements, ground transportation)
Submit and reconcile expenses via SAP Concur
Prepare meeting materials, coordinate conference rooms and catering
Serve as a point of contact for leadership, internal teams, and external clients
Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure smooth team operations
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
What Werom Looking For
3–5 years experience supporting executives in finance, legal, consulting, or other fast-paced, high-compliance environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and SAP Concur
Proven track record of managing fast-paced, shifting priorities
Skilled at handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Excellent judgment, time management, and organizational abilities
