We are seeking a
Salesforce IT Administrator
(Current Salesforce Administrator Certification required) for a hybrid assignment .
Candidates who can work remotely in Texas will be required to be on-site as needed. Must already reside in the state of Texas; preferably in the Austin metro area.
Will be performing advanced Salesforce administration, declarative configuration, and systems analysis supporting our client’s enterprise Salesforce environment. This role administers multiple Salesforce orgs used by internal divisions and external-facing public programs, supports platform governance, DevOps release coordination, and security compliance, and translates business requirements into scalable declarative solutions.
This position serves as both a technical administrator and functional analyst supporting enterprise initiatives such as AI-enabled workflows, legislative tracking, integrations, and multi-environment Salesforce operations. Work is performed with limited supervision and significant independent judgment.
Essential Responsibilities
Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, licenses, and security across multiple orgs
Configure Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, custom objects, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows
Support sandbox strategy, release coordination, and deployments using Copado
Maintain governance standards for metadata, naming conventions, and access controls
Support Salesforce Agentforce / Salesforce Einstein configuration, including prompts, guardrails, and audit controls
Coordinate with integration teams supporting MuleSoft, REST/SOAP services, DocuSign, and Microsoft SharePoint
Develop reports, dashboards, and support data governance activities
Conduct requirements gathering, document business processes, and support Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of Salesforce administration experience
6+ years of Salesforce declarative configuration experience
5+ years business analysis / requirements gathering
4+ years enterprise security administration
4+ years release management using Copado or similar tools
3+ years integration support (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, document workflows)
2+ years Agile project experience
Current Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Business Analyst, App Builder, Data Cloud, or Agentforce certifications
Government Cloud / Public Sector Solutions experience
Accessibility compliance knowledge
Public‑sector or legislative systems experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Salesforce administration and governance knowledge
Ability to analyze business needs and deliver scalable solutions
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams
