In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for the partnership team, leveraging your expertise to drive ecosystem growth through effective CRM management and financial administration. Your responsibilities will entail ensuring data integrity in Salesforce, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating marketing efforts. A detail-oriented and highly organized individual will be pivotal to the success of cross-functional teams while supporting critical business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
Own and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and lead flow optimization.
Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
Manage governance workflows and vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance.
Direct accounts payable activities related to ecosystem initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for partnership-related PR requests and communications.
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business operations or CRM administration.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification preferred).
Experience in healthcare technology or digital health environments.
Proven management of vendor relationships and financial workflows.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technical, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills to coordinate across various departments.
