Your Role
Regional Product Manager for CTIP
– you will maximize VSC CTIP product opportunities and deliver high returns to Edwards in monetary and strategic terms measured by revenue and market share. This position supports new and after‑market product sales through marketing, technical, and application know‑how for North America and reports to the Business Line Manager of North America OEM Sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs (incl. performance, CoO, sustainability, and form factor).
Collaborate with multi‑disciplined teams (applications engineering, manufacturing, global, regional and division product management, and sales) to create/enhance value messaging, influence development of new product variants, enhance existing products, and promote product relative to competitors.
Partner with NA account teams and division marketing to develop and execute strategic Technical Review Meetings (TRMs).
Consolidate voice of the customer and division, prioritize and communicate to stakeholders.
Recommend regional/customer product pricing to maximize margin while optimizing penetration and share.
Collaborate with technical support for failure analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify future requirements, product vision, and product advancement to support NACC customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a Technical field and 5‑10+ years in technical product marketing and product management.
Knowledge of vacuum use in WFE OEM manufacturing processes.
Strong PowerPoint creation skills and the ability to deliver concise, impactful presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in applications/product management/product marketing.
Proven track record of hands‑on product wins and project execution success.
Experience in the semiconductor process and equipment ecosystem; familiarity with semiconductor OEMs, fab end users, fab processes, and sub‑fab vacuum requirements.
