At Atlas Business Solutions (an initiative of NORAD LLC), we don’t just sell software; we architect efficiency. As Maryland’s SMBs face a rapidly evolving digital landscape, we provide the AI-enabled products and automation services they need to stay competitive. We are looking for a sharp, high-energy AI Solutions Consultant to lead our regional expansion.
This is a strategic sales role for someone who understands how to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible ROI for business owners.
Structure & Compensation We believe in rewarding performance while providing a foundation for success.
Monthly Retainer: A base to ensure you are focused on the right leads.
Uncapped Commission: Aggressive percentages on service contracts and product licensing.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week at our Towson, MD office for strategy and collaboration; 2 days remote/field-based.
The Role
Consultative Selling: Identify pain points in SMB workflows (manual data entry, poor lead conversion, etc.) and pitch Atlas AI solutions as the remedy.
Market Leadership: Own the Maryland territory. You will be the face of Atlas at local networking events, trade shows, and in the boardrooms of local businesses.
Full Cycle Ownership: From initial prospecting and high-impact AI demos to contract negotiation and closing.
Strategic Feedback: Work directly with our development team at NORAD LLC to refine our products based on real-time market feedback.
What You Bring to the Table
The "Closer" Mentality: A proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS or Professional Services preferred).
AI Literacy: You don’t need to be a coder, but you must be able to explain the "why" behind AI and automation with confidence.
Local Edge: Deep familiarity with the Maryland business community and a willingness to be on-site in Towson 3 days a week.
Self-Governance: You manage your CRM like a pro and treat your territory like your own business.
