About The Team We are investing in building out our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Product Sales team to actively engage prospects and customers to help them transform their business through building on Stripe’s platform. Our global Product Sales team is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth, serving as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence with direct influence on Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.
What you’ll do As an Account Executive, BaaS, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of Stripe’s BaaS (Issuing, Capital, & Treasury) products across a range of customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive complex deals. You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and building and executing against our go‑to‑market strategy.
You are an adept sales professional, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You’re comfortable working with clients and internal stakeholders, excited to become an expert, and eager to share your knowledge. You’re an organized self‑starter and an excellent communicator who is analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities
Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new client acquisition for a wide range of customers including SMBs, Startups, and Digital Natives.
Create your territory plan and lead outbound outreach efforts to develop a robust, qualified BaaS pipeline.
Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective BaaS customers.
Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing, Capital, & Treasury and serve as both an internal and customer‑facing expert in these product areas.
Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
Contribute to the development of go‑to‑market playbooks alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders.
Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally across the organization to help shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements
10+ years of customer‑facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance.
Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross‑functional business partners.
Self‑starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience specifically selling payments / banking solutions.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
Role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office‑assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users.
Remote employees are defined as being 35 miles (56 km) or more from one of our offices and are expected to regularly work from home.
Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote locations. Applicants should consider roles that match their current or planned location.
Pay and Benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $310,100 - $465,100. This range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) for sales roles and includes commissions, bonuses, and base salary. Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. Applicants outside the US may request salary information for their location.
