Main Responsibilities
Operational excellence and strategic support for seamless execution of product and portfolio sales strategy.
Support Regional General Managers and Head of Commercial Excellence by reviewing key business updates, meetings, and projects to determine preparedness and deliverables.
Lead and coordinate national and regional business planning and review processes, holding matrix teams accountable to local critical priorities.
Partner with GTMC to improve insights, analytics, and an integrated omnichannel approach.
Pull and analyze call activity data and deliver ad hoc analyses as needed.
Develop and lead national implementation of brand/marketing strategies, including account initiatives, POAs, and field‑based tactics.
Manage project delivery for special projects aligned with key organizational priorities.
Embed new ways of working and elevate execution.
Define and drive collaborative, effective ways of working between field sales and account management.
Lead national pull‑through initiatives and monitor success plans.
Generate insights on regional performance trends using KPIs with sales, commercial excellence, and regional sales directors to ensure metrics are met.
Share best practices to multiply usage, enhance execution, and drive impact.
Support business operations excellence.
Improve sales force effectiveness through 1:1 dialogues with field leadership to identify local performance gaps.
Support operations and execution of POA meetings and other relevant sales meetings.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS from an accredited institution.
3+ years of successful cross‑functional experience in home office, operations, sales, or commercial excellence.
Ability to influence a matrix team of sales, BO&S, digital, and marketing members without authority.
Experience working internally with home office.
Experience leading or working on multi‑level operational plans or key projects.
Proficiency in understanding sales and marketing strategy and delivering support and solutions.
Change‑agent mindset willing to challenge the status quo and align others for transformation.
Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into action plans.
Effective communication and change‑agility skills.
Ability to travel to Home Office and key sales meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience focused on business, life sciences, or public health.
3+ years of field leadership experience with home office, operations, or commercial excellence.
Experience in both marketing and a sales‑related function.
Demonstrated use of change‑management strategies to influence new ways of thinking.
Conflict management with composure and managerial courage.
