In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized travel experiences. Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages) Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and internet navigation skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for travel is a plus No prior experience required (training provided) Compensation & Benefits
