Digital Campaign Manager
The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail channels. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and working with external partners for timely delivery of all campaign components.
Responsibilities
Establish campaign plans with timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Coordinate responsibilities with all stakeholders.
Manage task completion and handoffs across internal and external participants.
Perform quality control to ensure inputs, creatives, and response data meet campaign requirements.
Resolve issues in timing, quality, performance, and other areas, escalating as necessary.
Oversee email campaign file management, creative assets, HTML coding, and testing between partners and clients for marketing and analytics.
Oversee digital campaign onboarding, data transformation, and distribution of data files to partners for client engagement in marketing and analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.
Proficiency in Acxiom platforms and internet technologies, with a strong desire to enhance technical knowledge.
Highly proactive, organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
Understanding and interest in the practical application of email and digital marketing.
Experience with HTML and basic coding skills.
Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration and project management tools.
Sound knowledge of database structure and management practices.
Great team player, knows when to lead and when to follow.
Availability for extended work hours and flexibility for multitasking.
Preferred Skills
Digital Marketing Experience.
Email Marketing Experience.
Onboarder Platforms or CDP Experience.
Location Home‑based in Conway, Arkansas.
