Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, offers you a dynamic entry‑level position engaging with potential customers in retail and event settings, introducing remodeling services, and scheduling free in‑home demonstrations. No prior sales experience required; the role provides a stepping‑stone toward a career in management or further sales roles.
What We Offer
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses (Average first‑year earnings $50k–$70k; top reps earn $80k+)
Full and part‑time roles available
PTO available on Day 1

Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through direct in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
Introduce our remodeling services and special offers via friendly, informative conversation
Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations—no selling required
Represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry
Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or a further sales career
Key Qualifications
No experience required; prior experience is a plus and we provide training
Self‑motivated, results driven
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies firsthand
Availability to work afternoons and weekends; currently hiring for 11am–7pm shifts Wed–Sun
Outspoken and well‑spoken, thrives in human interaction
Physical requirements: stand, walk 6–8+ hours/day, work outdoors in varying weather, stand, stoop, bend, reach as needed during promotion activities
