Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a Travel Solar Commercial Superintendent to oversee solar project installations across various commercial sites in the region. The role involves managing construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project teams. Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring efficient execution of project plans Monitor daily project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly and effectively Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans, specifications, and regulations Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project status and developments Implement safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on all job sites Ensure all documentation, including daily logs and reports, is completed accurately and efficiently Participate in project planning and scheduling, providing insights to improve project efficiency and effectiveness Requirements
Proven experience as a Superintendent in solar or commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations specific to solar projects Commercial Electrical knowledge or Electrical License is a PLUS Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project specifications OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations Ability to travel to various project sites as required; Travel is 85% to 90% Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits
