We are a SaaS company in the customer success/customer growth space looking for an experienced Freelance Writer who can create thoughtful, high-quality content quickly. This role spans educational long(er)-form content and marketing copy, including blogs, ebooks, web copy, landing pages, email, social posts, and campaign assets.
You should be able to turn ideas into clear, engaging, well-structured content for B2B SaaS audiences, including customer success leaders, revenue leaders, operations leaders, and practitioners.

What you’ll do Write educational and thought leadership content such as blogs, guides, ebooks, and research-based assets (as needed)
Write conversion-oriented marketing copy for web pages, landing pages, email, and campaign assets
Create short-form promotional copy for LinkedIn posts, newsletters and other promotional outlets
Interview internal subject matter experts, as needed, and turn their insights into compelling, accurate content
Adapt to our brand voice and follow AP style
Work from briefs, but also suggest stronger angles, headlines, and narrative structures
Deliver clean first drafts on deadline and incorporate feedback efficiently
What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS, ideally in customer success, revenue operations, retention, onboarding, adoption, lifecycle marketing, or adjacent categories
Strong portfolio showing a mix of:
educational blog content
ebooks or white papers
website or landing page copy
email or campaign copy
social copy
Ability to write both informational and persuasive content
Clear command of AP style
Proven ability to learn a company’s tone and write in-brand
Strong project management skills and fast turnaround times
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
What success looks like Drafts require light editing, not rewrites
Content sounds informed, specific, and useful — not generic
You can move between a blog, an ebook section, a landing page, and a social thread without losing voice or quality
You are responsive, reliable, and consistently on deadline
