
Finance Director

Csquare is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Director of Revenue to lead revenue-focused financial strategy and capital markets activity for our fast-growing data center platform. This role will sit at the intersection of revenue analytics, pricing strategy, and capital formation, with a mandate to drive revenue optimization, support financing initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and investors.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data centers or professional services, with deep expertise in revenue modeling, capital markets execution, and infrastructure investing.
Position Responsibilities Revenue Analytics & Forecasting
Develop and own revenue models tied to key operating drivers including bookings, backlog, utilization, pricing, churn, and power costs
Analyze trends in customer demand, leasing velocity, and pricing to optimize revenue growth and margin expansion
Partner with sales and operations to translate pipeline activity into accurate short- and long-term revenue forecasts
Identify opportunities to enhance pricing strategy, contract structure, and revenue yield across the portfolio
Capital Markets & Financing Strategy
Support and lead debt financing initiatives, including bank syndications, private placements, and capital raises
Build and maintain models for capital structure optimization and liquidity planning
Develop materials for lenders, investors, and rating agencies, including offering memoranda and investor presentations
Monitor market conditions and advise leadership on timing and structure of capital markets transactions
Evaluate investment opportunities including new developments, expansions, and acquisitions with a focus on revenue impact and returns
Support portfolio-level analytics including asset performance, revenue concentration, and customer segmentation
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and development teams to align revenue strategy with capital deployment
Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
Deliver board-level reporting focused on revenue growth, capital efficiency, and return metrics
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on revenue analytics and capital markets execution
Enhance data infrastructure, reporting tools, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making speed and accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
7–10+ years of experience of working for a data center company, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
Strong expertise in revenue modeling, financial analysis, and capital markets transactions
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and BI tools
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and investors
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and manage cross-functional initiatives
