Emergencies, disruptions, and unexpected events can halt operations—but not on your watch. As a Business Continuity Specialist, you’ll ensure mission-critical functions keep running no matter what. This role provides senior-level continuity and emergency management support, leveraging deep knowledge of emergency management and established relationships to ensure uninterrupted mission continuity. You’ll support an Intelligence Community (IC) client in maintaining a highly complex business continuity environment and managing a unique emergency communications program. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, command centers, and external providers to develop and maintain a Casualty and Emergency Notification Program. **You Have:*** 5+ years of experience in business continuity and emergency management within the IC* Experience with federal continuity directives, including FCD-1 and FCD-2, DoDI 3001.02, and government continuity plans* Ability to manage personnel accountability programs and mass alert notification systems* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph* Bachelor’s degree**Nice If You Have:*** Experience with Microsoft Office products* Ability to take initiative and make sound judgements* Possession of excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills* Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Certifications**Clearance:**Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
