Senior Director, Advisory Services - Financial Transformation Senior Director – responsibilities: manage a book of business across multiple customers of 5 million or more in sales and revenue. Primarily performing billable work for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line and/or large engagements of up to $250,000.

Manage service line performance including development of offerings, sales and business development, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.

Actively grow the entire Premier portfolio and maintain high staff utilization and appropriate margin on all engagements.

Lead engagements and act as subject matter expert providing deep technical/clinical involvement to influence decisions.

Serve as primary liaison for expertise issues and provide oversight to staff on engagement development, materials, events, committees, meetings, and presentations.

Required Qualifications Work Experience: 10 or more years applicable experience.

Education: Bachelors (Required).

Education: Master’s Degree; RN license or other professional license; Lean Six Sigma training.

Working Conditions: Remote. Travel Requirements: 61‑80% within the US. Physical Demands: Sedentary; capable of exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

Compensation: Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $164,000 – $305,000. Final salary depends on market factors including departmental budgets, education, skills, and geographic location.
