Role Overview Nasuni is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to drive high-impact, field and regional events across the Western U.S. This role owns execution of Tier 3 regional programs while supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic events. You will focus on high-touch, executive-level experiences that create meaningful sales conversations—not just event volume. This includes curated customer and prospect engagements designed to generate pipeline, deepen relationships, and accelerate deal cycles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes. It is not designed for candidates seeking ownership of global event strategy.
Level & Scope Definition
Own execution of regional event programs end-to-end
Operate within defined global and regional event strategy
Influence stakeholders but do not set overall strategy
Partner across Sales, Campaigns, Alliances, and Marketing
Balance execution excellence with continuous improvement and innovation
Responsibilities Event Execution & Regional Ownership
Execute 40–50 annual events across assigned territories (approx. 10–15 directly owned)
Manage logistics, vendors, run-of-show, and on-site delivery
Deliver high-quality, executive-level event experiences
Field & Sales Alignment
Partner with Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams to align events to pipeline goals
Support account-based and territory-specific engagement strategies
Ensure post-event follow-up aligns to revenue outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Campaigns, Channels, Alliances, and Partner teams
Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs led by senior event leaders
Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Program Optimization & Measurement
Track event performance: attendance, engagement, meetings, and pipeline impact
Optimize programs based on data, not volume
Improve yield from webinars and events
AI-Driven Execution & Innovation
Use AI tools to enhance event planning (targeting, speaker sourcing, messaging)
Apply AI to improve attendee engagement, personalization, and reporting
Experiment with AI-driven approaches to increase event ROI and efficiency
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
Ensure cost efficiency and regional optimization (minimize unnecessary travel)
Qualifications Must-Have
3-5 years in B2B event or field marketing (SaaS or technology preferred)
Proven ownership of end-to-end event execution
Experience supporting pipeline-generating sales motions
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
Experience executing high-touch, executive-level events
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience using CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, storage, or cybersecurity
Webinar and hybrid event experience with measurable outcomes
Experience supporting regional or field marketing programs
Exposure to partner and alliance-driven events
Ideal
Experience targeting enterprise IT buyers (CIO, CTO, IT leadership)
Strong ability to influence stakeholders without authority
Demonstrated ability to improve event ROI and pipeline impact
