Job Details We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions to join our team in Denver, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters including finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions
Advise clients on large-scale and complex deals across industries and markets nationwide
Collaborate with a leading real estate team and work closely with sophisticated market participants
Contribute to a culture that values collaboration, camaraderie, and professional development
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent academic background and prior law‑firm experience preferred
