Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Jr. Sales Representative based in Lansing, MI, with flexibility for hybrid work. The individual in this role will support sales efforts by generating new leads, maintaining existing accounts, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales transactions and efficient account management. Travel required.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in Floral & Horticulture industry.
