Membership Sales Manager - Macomb, IL Location: Hybrid (90% field‐based within the market; 10% remote). Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Macomb, IL.

The territory includes the following counties: Cass, Greene, Jersey, Morgan, Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren.

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000. Base Salary Options: $35,000 or $45,000 (non‑negotiable). Includes car allowance and uncapped commission.

We are seeking a dynamic and community‑oriented Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across Macomb and Central Illinois communities through local B2C and B2B channels. Through hands‑on community engagement, you will build a strong pipeline of business to support the territory’s budgets while also contributing to your team’s overall performance. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship‑based sales, understands the importance of local presence in rural and regional markets, and is passionate about serving their community.

Responsibilities:

Drive local impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout the Macomb market, engaging with local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus) to promote AMCN membership programs.

Develop relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, local events, chamber activities, festivals, campus‑area outreach, and community networking opportunities.

Sales process management: Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative approach to educate prospects on the value of AMCN membership for their families, employees, and customers.

Champion with purpose: Represent AMCN at local events and establish partnerships with community organizations, employers, and civic groups to strengthen brand trust and visibility throughout the territory.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Sales expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions‑based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred.

Industry knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.
