Contract Duration: 6 Months + extensions/conversion
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience working with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana experience strongly preferred)
Product Owner or Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Experience supporting UAT and managing production deployments
Strong cross functional communication and coordination skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidates typically come from large financial institutions or Business Analyst who has worked directly on Versana with relevant, hands on experience.
Experience going through the Versana lifecycle, including:
Integration design
Connectivity and data flows
Event consumption
Functional design and implementation (either as a bank employee or consultant)
Understanding of Versana’s specific nuances, which are critical due to the current build out stage
Loan IQ experience is the closest and most relevant adjacent skill set
Technical background is nice to have, but not required
Maximum of 2–3 years of relevant Versana experience, given the platform’s maturity
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations
Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions end to end
Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations
Coordinate production triage and issue resolution
Support UAT execution and manage production releases
Work within Agile delivery frameworks using Jira and user story driven development
