Mid-Market Account Executive (Hybrid) - Bellevue, WA

Trestle is looking for a full-cycle outbound Account Executive to own new business within our Mid‑Market segment. You’re responsible for building pipeline, running product demos, and guiding customers through onboarding with speed and precision. This role is fast‑moving, high‑volume, and deeply consultative. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to match the right solution to each customer’s needs.

What You’ll Do

Own the new revenue goal from outbound‑sourced opportunities within the Mid‑Market sector

Execute a high volume of daily prospecting activities to build and maintain pipeline coverage for shorter deal cycles

Develop a working understanding of how Trestle’s APIs solve common Mid‑Market business challenges

Manage a technical sales process with strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting

What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves

3+ years of consistent quota attainment in an outbound‑heavy sales environment selling technical B2B solutions

Proven ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously and maintain efficient deal progression

Strong presentation skills, especially in remote demos and product‑focused conversations

Comfort operating in a fast‑paced startup environment with a genuine interest in technology

Based in the Bellevue / greater Seattle area

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Nice‑to‑Haves

Working knowledge of APIs, software development, or other technical solutions

Experience with sales enablement tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

You don’t need to be an identity data expert on day one.
