Territory Sales Representative – Autoimmune & Infectious Disease
A global specialty diagnostics company is expanding its U.S. field sales team — looking for a proven IVD seller to own the NorthEast Territory
Fully remote, field-based, with real ownership and real upside. You'll join a distributed U.S. commercial team — sales, application specialists, and customer service — all operating remotely. You'll call on clinical and reference labs, hospital-based labs, rheumatology practices, and infectious disease specialists. The portfolio is deep and clinically differentiated — IFA, ELISA, chemiluminescence, and multiplex platforms across autoimmune and infectious disease indications: inflammatory rheumatic diseases, vasculitis, thyroid, gastroenterology, and Lyme disease.
What You’ll Do
Own your territory — pipeline, full sales cycle, accountable for results
Prospect new accounts while growing and retaining existing relationships
Call on lab directors, pathologists, rheumatologists, and ID specialists with product confidence and clinical credibility
Deliver instrument evaluations, presentations, and ROI-focused proposals
Collaborate with remote application specialists and customer service supporting your accounts
Represent the division at regional trade shows and customer sites
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years IVD or diagnostics field sales experience
Autoimmune, immunology, or infectious disease background strongly preferred
IFA, ELISA, or multiplex familiarity; clinical lab background (MLS/MLT) a plus
Proven quota attainment; thrives independently in a remote structure
What it pays: $120–125K base | 30–35% variable Medical | Dental | Vision 401(k) with match PTO | Holiday | Sick Pay Education Reimbursement | Car Allowance
