Active New Customer Acquisition : Drive B2B new business from first contact to closing with focus on hunting and deal completion Build Sales Pipeline : Develop and manage your own sales pipeline with outbound focus (approximately 70-80% of activities) Decision-Maker Engagement : Approach relevant decision-makers (procurement, IT, HR, business units) via phone, email, and social selling Solution Presentations : Conduct product and solution conversations around HR-Tech, ECM, workflow, and Digital Workplace portfolio Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales teams for pipeline development and campaign optimization CRM Management : Maintain structured documentation and forecasting in Salesforce system Process Excellence : Work within defined sales processes while contributing own ideas and best practices What we are looking for…
B2B Software Sales Experience : Multiple years of experience in B2B software sales, hunting, closing, and HR-Tech environment High Initiative & Persistence : Strong self-motivation, closing strength, and persistence in follow-up activities Structured Work Style : Independent, organized working approach with clean CRM handling capabilities Team Player Mindset : Collaborative attitude with enthusiasm for contributing to growing setup and strategic thinking Language Skills : Excellent German and good English proficiency for DACH market engagement Desirable (but not required):
