Lead strategic financial oversight for Technology and corporate cost structures across the Americas. This senior finance leadership role focuses on financial insight, governance, and team leadership within a modern, centralized finance model. Responsibilities
Lead the finance business partnering agenda
for Technology and assigned corporate stakeholders, providing enterprise-level insight, risk assessment, and decision support. Own
monthly financial performance reviews , executive commentary, and forward-looking analysis for senior leadership. Set direction for
budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning , ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Provide
financial close leadership and financial governance , ensuring accuracy, discipline, and transparency of results. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals , setting clear expectations, coaching for capability uplift, and ensuring strong succession planning. Act as the senior finance interface to centralized teams (R2R, SmartPay, Payroll, Tax), holding teams accountable to service delivery, quality, and continuous improvement. Sponsor and lead
finance transformation initiatives , embedding a clear separation between business partnering and transactional activity. Represent Finance in executive forums, audits, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Qualifications
Significant experience in senior finance leadership, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles, with people leadership responsibility. Demonstrated ability to
lead, coach, and develop teams
in a matrixed or shared-service environment. Proven track record partnering with
executive-level stakeholders
and influencing complex organizations. Strong commercial acumen to convert financial information into clear, actionable insight. Experience leading through
change or finance transformation
strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
CPA or MBA strongly preferred . High-impact Director-level role with
enterprise visibility and leadership scope . Opportunity to shape how finance partners with the business in a

10% maximum. Location
Hybrid work: three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office or remotely based in any metropolitan U.S. city. This expectation may evolve with changing business needs. Compensation
