Position: Admissions Representative We are seeking a results‑driven, student‑focused Admissions Representative to join our team.
Schedule
Tuesday – Thursday 9am – 6pm
Friday – Saturday 8am – 5pm
Compensation $25- $28 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Responsibilities
Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in‑person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow‑up
Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
Qualifications
Education :
High School Diploma or GED
Associates’ or higher degree preferred
Experience :
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post‑secondary educational setting preferred
Skill set :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, connecting with diverse audiences
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
Positive, team‑oriented approach, willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
