Paid Media Strategist
Disruptive Advertising is an Utah‑based agency offering remote or office work. This is a full‑time role that focuses on building and executing paid search and paid social campaigns for an assigned book of clients.
Job Overview The Paid Media Strategist is a key member of the eCommerce team and is responsible for delivering exceptional paid search strategy to meet clients’ business objectives across Google and Meta platforms.
Responsibilities
Partner with clients to consult on overall paid search and paid social digital marketing strategy.
Build and execute pay‑per‑click campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft PPC, and Meta ads.
Define, monitor, and analyze trends in client KPIs.
Develop paid search and social strategy based on client goals.
Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords & audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies.
Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients and secure buy‑in from decision‑makers.
Identify and present new opportunities for client growth.
Create quarterly business reviews and other client‑facing presentations.
Manage Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
2+ years managing ~15+ Google and Meta accounts in an eCommerce‑focused agency.
Experience managing $150,000–$250,000+ per month in ad spend and leveraging new customer acquisition strategies.
2+ years managing Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization and troubleshooting.
1–2+ years developing and executing revenue‑focused PPC and Paid Social strategies that drive measurable eCommerce growth.
1–2+ years working in GA4 and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce.
Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present strategy and secure client buy‑in.
Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
