Role Description The Outside B2B Sales Lead is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This full‑time position involves managing sales activities, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and supporting clients to meet their fire safety and compliance needs. As a hybrid role, the position is located in the Greenville‑Spartanburg‑Anderson, South Carolina area, with some flexibility for remote work. The role also includes providing training to clients, conducting site visits, and ensuring service excellence.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, including lead generation, client presentations, and contract negotiations
Proficiency in account management and maintaining long‑term client relationships
Skills in field service and site evaluations for tailored solutions
Strong customer service abilities to ensure excellent client interactions and satisfaction
Experience providing training and educating clients on service‑related procedures
Strong verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with field and remote tasks
Prior experience in the commercial cleaning or related industry is a plus
