Location: Coraopolis, PA – Welding equipment rental; Cincinnati, OH – Retail shop
Compensation:
$70‑75k Base salary plus commission; monthly auto allowance; 25‑50% travel within assigned territory (Ohio State).

Responsibilities
Develop rentals and sales of welding equipment, power generation, and weld automation within the assigned region.
Follow sales leads, make presentations, prepare quotations, maintain required literature, and provide customer follow‑ups.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Develop and increase the end‑user customer base through effective communication and need assessment.
Perform onsite equipment demonstrations.
Make application recommendations for welding and positioning equipment.
Develop long‑term supply relationships through contracts and/or agreements.
Collaborate as part of a team to provide customer solutions.
Meet or exceed rental and sales goals specified for the market area.
Represent the company at trade association meetings and trade shows to promote products.
Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from newspapers, business directories, trade journals, and other sources.
Maintain accurate and timely submission of sales call reports and expenses.
Provide customer follow‑up.
Provide back‑up coverage at the branch location during vacations and other employee shortages.
Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Post‑secondary education equivalent to a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
Leadership – able to guide, mentor, delegate, and follow up effectively.
Relationship building – capable of communicating effectively.
Decision making – able to work independently and make decisions based on company policies and objectives.
Problem solving – capable of proactively and methodically addressing conflicting goals and challenging situations.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in industrial equipment rental or welding equipment sales/rental environment (construction, fabrication, and/or manufacturing sectors).
Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment.
