We are looking to expand our Mid‑market team with the best talent, who have experience in the mid‑market, across the business suite, and across functions, that will enable us to continue to drive transformations at scale.

Role Focus This role focuses on delivering end to end agentic AI solutions while providing advanced technical expertise to support complex Mid‑market customer engagements. The scope spans intelligent systems, full stack solution development, and human AI interaction, alongside close collaboration with Sales to translate business challenges into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

The role contributes to building and positioning cloud‑based, customizable agentic AI offerings, combining hands‑on solution development with discovery, technical validation, and customer‑facing demonstrations to enable credible, differentiated AI as a Service outcomes.

Travel may be required for this role. Travel can vary between 0‑100% depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, objectives, and technical requirements

Lead technical demos, workshops, and proof of concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and value

Contribute to technical solution design and input into proposals, statements of work, and contracts

Provide technical guidance on industry use cases, best practices, and pre‑delivery considerations

Design, build, deploy, and operate end to end, human‑centered agentic AI prototypes across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components based on customer requirements

Support complex Mid‑Market sales opportunities by partnering with Sales to shape advanced technical solutions

Work with existing customers to understand and anticipate their evolving needs and provide guidance to address such needs

Collaborate across product, business, and sales teams to deliver cohesive technical and customer‑facing outcomes

Here’s What You Need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client‑facing technical sales engineering role supporting clients, partnering with sales teams to shape and articulate complex technical solutions, and leading technical discovery, solution design, and customer‑facing demos or proof‑of‑concept engagements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, platform development, or applied AI systems

Minimum of 5 years experience participating in technical discovery, solution design, and customer‑facing demo or proof of concept engagements

Minimum 7 years experience in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design with proven experience building and deploying production ready, web‑based systems and working across the software development lifecycle

Advanced programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or equivalent

Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience applying AI/ML/NLP technologies to real world problems, including the ability to understand and implement current research

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points if You Have

Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in an interdisciplinary field intersecting Computer Science, Mathematics, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline

Experience with cloud based, large‑scale SaaS and distributed system architectures

Experience supporting advanced technical sales motions, including workshops and complex solution positioning

Experience delivering human‑centered AI systems into production

Familiarity with modern data systems, APIs, and *nix‑based development environments

Knowledge in one or more domains such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, or distributed systems

Compensation Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. Salary ranges vary by location:

California: $94,400 to $276,500

Cleveland: $87,400 to $221,200

Colorado: $94,400 to $238,900

District of Columbia: $100,500 to $254,400

Illinois: $87,400 to $238,900

Maryland: $94,400 to $238,900

Massachusetts: $94,400 to $254,400

Minnesota: $94,400 to $238,900

New York: $87,400 to $276,500

New Jersey: $100,500 to $276,500

Washington: $100,500 to $254,400
