Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary:
$100k - $130k (depending on your experience)
Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with a focused 37.5-hour work week

Key Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Minimum of 7 years of commercial insurance experience at a retail brokerage
Knowledge of diverse insurance coverages, products, and standard agency procedures
Software - Microsoft Office, Zoom, Insurance Agency Management Systems
The Position
Responsible for building key connections with carriers and ensuring clear communication and trust
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all regulatory requirements (e.g., FMCSA, DOT, SEC) and internal company policies in all carrier interactions
Gather necessary information from carriers and update the necessary departments
Work closely with the Sales Team and provide your knowledge on carrier products and client services
Manage and complete all required continuing education and professional development trainings
Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure the precise reporting of company profit sharing and bonus reward opportunities
