Role Description
This is a full-time remote position. As an Insurance Agent, you will meet with clients virtually, guide them through their available benefits, and help them select coverage that fits their needs. The company provides pre-qualified leads, meaning you will be working with individuals who have already requested information about coverage. Your role is to manage those appointments, walk clients through their options, and help them make informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include running scheduled appointments, explaining policy options in a clear and confident way, completing applications, and maintaining client relationships. You will be trained on a structured system, but success in this role depends on your ability to stay consistent, improve your communication, and follow through. This is a performance-driven role. Your results will reflect the effort and discipline you bring to it. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and guide conversations with confidence Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment Comfortable working in a performance-based role Willingness to learn and be coached consistently Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is helpful, but not required. Licensing Requirement
A state life insurance license is required to work with clients. If you are not currently licensed, you will be guided through the process. Most individuals are able to obtain their license within one to two weeks. You will not be able to begin working with clients until this is completed. Compensation and Growth
This is a commission-based position with no income cap. First-year agents commonly earn between $60,000 and $120,000, depending on their level of effort and consistency. There are also opportunities for advancement into leadership roles for individuals who perform at a high level. Additional Notes
