Client Executive Be the trusted, expert voice that clients rely on at a growing insurance agency! The Mahoney Group, founded in 1915, is a premier insurance agency of approximately 250 employees headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. We’re searching for an accomplished and relationship-driven Client Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting Insurance Advisors in the sale of new business and the retention of renewal business for the agency on select commercial lines accounts as determined by premium size and/or complexity. You’ll also manage day-to-day client contact, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Identifies the needs and risks of clients and prospects to determine the proper services, products, and/or combinations that will best serve their objectives.
Educates clients on current and proposed coverage and exclusions.
Oversees and coordinates new business exposure analysis, coverage program design and marketing submissions, workflows leading to bound coverage, and implementation of service plan elements.
Provides proactive, personalized support to clients by marketing and placing renewals, negotiating with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
Manages, prepares, and implements KPIs, stewardship reports/meetings, claims analysis, and summaries of coverages.
Manages client renewal expiration lists and avoids any lapse in coverage.
Processes proposals, policies, endorsements, and audits as needed.
Answers claim questions and provides support, where needed, throughout the claims process.
Fosters strong relationship building between the clients, insurance carriers, and support team.
Delegates work to support team members as appropriate for their specific position.
Attends and participates in internal meetings and completes required training.
Performs additional duties as assigned or required.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
10 or more years of national or large account Commercial Lines experience.
State Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
ARM, CIC, CPCU or other insurance professional designation preferred.
1 or more years of Applied EPIC experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills both in person and virtual.
Ability to organize multiple projects.
Strong analytical skills and ability to be detail oriented.
Strong computer operating skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and agency management systems.
Ability to work, collaborate, and communicate with individuals at varying levels across the organization.
Works with a sense of urgency.
