The Role This position is responsible for developing and maintaining expertise on WH’s business, key drivers for success, strategic priorities, and competitive landscape through internal and external sources. It ensures that WH is appropriately and strategically positioned on Wall Street by carefully managing relationships in the equity research and investor community with sell‑side analysts, buy‑side investors, and all stakeholders in order to enhance our image and reputation. In addition, this position manages the quarterly earnings process and the preparation of related earnings release/financial tables, conference call scripts, investor presentations and Q&A documents. This position also provides ongoing support to CEO/CFO regarding competitive intelligence from Wall Street, analysts’ reports and summaries, stock price activity and shareholder analyses. Collaborating with senior leaders in various finance, operations, marketing, communications, HR and legal to ensure consistent IR strategy and messaging.
What you'll do
Manage the quarterly earnings process, including drafting earnings release/tables, conference call scripts, investor presentations and Q&A document.
Schedule, prepare for (including profile reports and briefing materials) and participate in buy‑side investor/sell‑side analyst calls/meetings either individually or via non‑deal roadshows or investor conferences to discuss business including financial results modeling, overall business strategy and recent trends.
Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder trends, and stock price/market activity to the senior leadership team and prepare quarterly IR presentation for BOD.
Create and monitor IR budget, assist with all SEC filings, manage workload/responsibilities for Manager, IR, and oversee all IR vendor relationships.
Work with Legal group to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and Corporate Communications to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance on all external press releases.
Collaborate with heads of Sustainability & ESG, Governance and Compensation to develop ESG strategy and communication, including ESG rating agency responses, and proxy filing.
Perform investor targeting analyses to ensure the Company is pursuing investors that align with our business model, growth strategy and industry.
Travel Requirements:
Generally includes 3-4 domestic trips per quarter that, depending on the destination, could include anywhere from 1-3 days of travel per trip to major U.S. cities for investor non‑deal roadshows or investor conferences.
Also includes 1 trip per year internationally (i.e., Canada or Europe) for a non‑deal roadshow/conference.
You'll be successful if you have
Strong verbal communication, business writing and presentation skills.
Ability to develop strong relationships with analysts/investors.
Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
Confidence in dealing with senior leadership team on a regular basis.
Strong familiarity with SEC and FINA requirements around financial reporting and communications.
Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and complex Excel spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
MBA, CPA, CFA, FMVA or IRC is not required but would be an advantage.
Job experience – 10+ years of IR, Finance, Accounting, public or private equity analysis and/or investment banking or a combination of such.

In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 20% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
