At Respiratory Health Association (RHA) we believe in a world without lung cancer, asthma, or COPD. Responsibilities
Create and design various materials for print, digital, and video collateral including ads, newsletters, program materials, fact sheets, invitations, t-shirt designs, event signage, social media graphics, etc.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality, on schedule, and adhere to the RHA Brand Guide standards.
Work with internal stakeholders in other departments at all stages of design process to ensure project meets expectations and stays on track.
Establish creative direction for each project that applies existing brand guidelines.
Work with Marketing Director to establish brand guidelines for new brands and rebranding projects.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images and source stock photography for projects as needed.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
Create animation and video content for web and social media.
Qualifications
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field or equivalent work experience
1-3 years’ experience working in an office or professional setting
Be an independent worker, with the ability to ideate and bring big ideas to life on their own.
A strong portfolio showing a breadth of experience across mediums
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and be able to multi-task on several concurrent initiatives, all while meeting deadlines.
Animation and video experience
Salary/Benefits
Salary range is $50,000 - $55,000
