
Senior Manager, Marketing Research & Insights

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the design and execution of research projects by defining objectives, drafting briefs, developing questionnaires and overseeing survey programming and fieldwork to ensure data quality
Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, transforming complex insights into actionable business recommendations and compelling presentations
Collaborate closely with external research vendors to manage schedules, budgets and compliance with statements of work
Partner with teams across Marketing, Product and Operations to align research efforts with organizational priorities
Identify critical research needs across functions and proactively champion solutions that address key business challenges
Drive continuous improvement by exploring advanced research techniques and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency
Working Conditions
Office environment with light to moderate travel required, approximately 10-20 percent
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Management or related field
Experience
5+ years of project management experience
7+ years of Marketing Research experience
Skills
Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise
Ability to identify research necessary to address a multitude of business needs
Experience interpreting and summarizing secondary data (e.g. Forrester, Mintel, etc.)
Resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects at once
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications Skills
Experience in telecom, SaaS, or technology industries
Familiarity with advanced research techniques (price elasticity, MaxDiff, TAM/SAM modeling)
Knowledge of emerging research technologies, including AI‑driven analytics and self‑service dashboards
Program and Analyze survey in Qualtrics
