Overview
As the
Senior Product Marketing Manager , you will be the architect of our Go-to-Market (GTM) success for a suite of products. You will lead core Product Messaging & Positioning, Sales Enablement, and Competitive Intelligence, while crafting high-impact narratives. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Product Marketing and shape the company roadmap and team roadmap. This role sits on the marketing team, requires a high degree of autonomy, and a strong ability to influence cross‑functional leaders across product, commercial, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Own the GTM process: create, manage, and maintain go‑to‑market project plans and asset creation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly communicated across the organization for your suite of products, including early‑stage products with high ambiguity.
Proactively lead collaboration with global product and marketing teams (Content, Events, Demand Gen, Design) acting as the connective tissue that ensures product excitement and deep understanding are woven into every client touchpoint.
Coordinate market research with Product to identify customer needs and trends, and collaborate across the organization on Competitive Intelligence, assets, and training.
What You'll Make
Define the product messaging & positioning strategy for your suite of products and services, creating clear value stories for Profitero+ across both sales tactics (e.g., sales collateral, social, events) and product messaging (e.g., product emails, in‑app messaging).
Lead GTM launch execution, including overall strategy, messaging, internal training/communications. You will be responsible for post‑launch optimization and the creation of case studies.
Act as the primary thought partner for your suite of products, collaborating closely with the Director of Product Marketing to create core company narratives for your suite of products, including higher‑level pitch decks, videos, web content, and other broad customer‑facing assets.
Working With Other Teams
Partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers to influence product developments, roadmaps, critical changes, user personas, and strategic customer research.
Act as the primary communication link, proactively sharing decisions, timelines, blockers, and progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency with Profitero+ leadership.
Support Partner Marketing efforts with external companies to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives for your product line, including partnered social posts and promotional opportunities.

Navigate ambiguity by taking a business goal or product concept and building the strategy or plan required to bring it to market.
Adopt a systems‑thinking mindset and proactively solve problems, understanding how a product update in one area impacts other products, marketing materials, partner relationships, and total company strategy.
Act as a second‑order thinker, building processes so problems do not recur and continually improving the GTM engine to be faster, smarter, and more scalable.
Demonstrate executive presence & influence by presenting and influencing senior leadership, building consensus across Product, Sales, and Marketing through a partnership‑oriented approach.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in a dedicated product marketing role within a high‑growth B2B environment.
Proven background in B2B marketing, ideally within CPG, eCommerce, or DSaaS.
Exceptional writing and visual communication skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated storytelling and narrative across multiple products.
Experience with presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Familiarity with marketing and commercial tech stack platforms (e.g., Salesforce, email service providers, CMS).
