brand building with performance marketing .

We’re looking for a

Brand Manager

who can take EZ Melts to the next level—someone who thinks like a founder, understands digital growth, and knows how to turn strong creative into measurable results.

What You’ll Own: Brand & Product Leadership Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all digital channels Lead product launches end-to-end (positioning, naming, claims, packaging, go-to-market) Partner with Creative to develop high-performing, conversion-driven assets

E-commerce Growth (Core Focus) Own performance across

Amazon, Walmart.com, and Shopify (DTC) Drive PDP optimization (Amazon A+, content, listings, brand stores) Understand and improve

conversion, traffic, and content performance

Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Lead

email marketing strategy

(flows, campaigns, retention) Partner on

paid media (Meta, Google, marketplace ads) Use data to inform creative, messaging, and growth decisions

Strategy, Analytics & Execution Own KPIs, forecasting, and budget allocation Analyze performance across channels and identify growth opportunities Balance

brand building with revenue-driving execution

What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Experience 5+ years in brand management

with strong e-commerce exposure

Hands‑on experience scaling

Shopify (DTC)

brands

Strong understanding of

Amazon ecosystem (highly preferred)

and Walmart.com

Experience with:

Email marketing (strategy + execution)

Paid media (Meta, Google, or marketplaces)

Ability to connect

creative decisions to performance outcomes

Data‑driven, but with strong brand and creative instincts

Nice to Have CPG, supplements, or health & wellness experience

Experience working with Amazon or performance agencies

CRO and UX collaboration experience

This is not a traditional retail or brick‑and‑mortar brand role.
