Finance Director
The Finance Director will lead financial planning, strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization. This role oversees the FP&A team and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s financial planning processes, corporate and management reporting, and KPI tracking. Working closely with the CFO, Deputy CFO, Controller, and business leaders, this position drives insights that guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Location Wayne, PA
Schedule Hybrid (3-4 days in office); first 6 months fully onsite due to ERP transition
Compensation $160,000 — $195,000 + discretionary bonus
Responsibilities
Lead the FP&A team (1 Manager, 1 Analyst) and oversee financial reporting, analysis, and KPI development
Develop and execute corporate finance initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Drive the ERP system implementation (NetSuite preferred) and related reporting enhancements
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles; provide analysis on variances and trends
Support M&A initiatives with financial analysis and integration
Develop financial models and provide insight into operational metrics, cash flow, and performance
Lead the creation and standardization of management reporting packages
Coach, mentor, and develop finance team members to strengthen capabilities and succession readiness
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and achieve operational efficiencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of management experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, modeling, and analysis
Experience in ERP implementation, preferably Oracle NetSuite
Exposure to M&A, insurance, and operational finance is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
Proven experience in fast-paced, transformational environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
