We are looking for a great new Membership Director. Creative. Detail-oriented. Enthusiastic. Curious. Organized. Is this you? We are a statewide professional organization dedicated to the education and professionalism of trial lawyers and the preservation and improvement of the judicial system.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee / implement total membership lifecycle (renewals, prospecting, welcoming, onboarding); Manage membership database with exquisite care, updating member information daily, running reports, analyzing data; Communicate effectively with members, judges, legislators and other constituencies; Staff membership committee and help direct volunteer members through critical tasks; Promote member involvement in the Association; We could go on – but we’d like you to fill in more of what you can do! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Demonstrated success in membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, achieving revenue goals, maintaining database integrity, and managing volunteers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with some association management/membership database software applications is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected. SALARY and BENEFITS:
$50-$60K salary, depending on experience, hybrid work environment after initial training, and generous PTO. In addition, health and dental insurance, 401K, and more. We want you to grow with us!
